Text Not Displaying In Non-English Casinos

If your Operating System is not the same language, you must install the full Language Pack for the specific language, and configure your Regional Settings accordingly.

Note:
If you only configure your Regional Settings, the Casino does not display text correctly for a language. You must also install the relevant Language Pack.

Refresh

Refresh displays the results of the last game played, when you return to that game.

Note:
This does not apply to Live Dealer games due to the games being played in a live environment.
Refresh does the following if you are disconnected from the Casino Server or Internet
If your computer is disconnected before the results of the last game are displayed, then the amount you won or lost, your credit balance, and the final game state is displayed when you return to the game.
If your computer is disconnected while a game is in progress, and you can still make decisions in the game, you are able to complete that game when you return to it.
If the request to play a new game does not reach the Casino Server before you are disconnected, the results of the previous game is displayed when you return to the game.

Important:
Refresh is not available for Guest Account users.

Disclaimer

The Casino strives to ensure the full protection of all its clients and their bets. However, there are certain events that are beyond the Casino's control.
If, for any reason, you are disconnected from the Casino server, the Casino cannot be held liable for any losses that may result from this disconnection. The balance of your account is recorded on the Casino server and is not affected by the disconnection in any way.
If a line has been disconnected or become unresponsive, when you log on to the Casino the balance of credits recorded on the Casino server after the last bet was completed, is displayed.
We regret the imposition of the above, but it is necessary to avoid further complications.

Troubleshooting

Connecting to the Casino

The Casino does not Connect

This is usually due to a slow Internet connection. The problem generally occurs during peak Internet usage hours when many users are logged on to the Internet.
Because there are more users than usual during this period, the Internet Service Provider's resources are saturated. So everyone gets a smaller portion of the available resources.

Note:
If this problem persists, contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance.
A short-term solution is to try to log on to the Casino again later. If the Casino software fails to establish a connection with the server within two minutes, it is unlikely that you will be able to connect at that time.

The Casino Takes a Long Time to Connect

Slow line speed or a busy Casino server usually causes this. It is recommended that you try to log on to the Casino again in a few minutes.
If you are playing during peak Internet or Casino usage hours, you may experience slow connection times.
Try to connect at various times during the day to see if this resolves the problem. If you still have problems, contact the Casino so that our Support Staff may assist you.

An error stating an incorrect password was entered is displayed

This message is displayed if you enter your password incorrectly.
Check the following and enter your password again:
If your password contains a mixture of uppercase and lowercase letters, or just lowercase letters, ensure the Caps Lock key is not on.
If your password contains numbers and you are using the separate number keypad, ensure that the Num Lock key is on.

Note:
Ensure you enter your password correctly. If you enter your password incorrectly three times, you are locked out of your Casino account until the Casino confirms that no one is trying to use your account fraudulently.

The casino looks different

The Casino now displays in Full Screen mode, using DirectX 1.

Playing the Games

The game does not start

A game cannot start until it has connected to the Casino server and established the state of the previous game played. If between logging on and trying to start the game, the connection quality deteriorates, or the connection is lost altogether, the game will not start.
If this problem persists, disconnect from the Casino and log on again.

A game image in the preview area is gray

If a game image in the Casino Menu changes to gray, it indicates that an upgrade is available for that game. And until the upgrade is installed, you cannot play that game.
Upgrades do not take long. To start a game upgrade, do the following:
Click the game button. The upgrade begins.
Click the game button to access the game, once the upgrade is complete.

The game speed is slow

The Internet is a variable environment and many factors affect the speed of the connection between your computer and the Casino's server.
Playing during peak Internet or Casino usage hours increases your chances of experiencing a decrease in game response speed. If game play becomes very slow, disconnect from the Casino and try log on again later.

The game animations do not stop

The Internet does not have a consistent speed. The connection between the Casino server and your computer may be lost or become very slow.

If this occurs, the results of the game currently in progress may not reach your computer. The Casino software on your computer will continue the animations until the game results are received from the Casino server.

If this problem occurs, do the following:
Close the game.
Disconnect from the Casino.
Log on to the Casino again.

Note
If you are unable to re-establish a connection with the Casino, please try again later.

Note
Your credit balance is stored on the Casino server, so a disconnection does not disadvantage you in any way. If the server has not received a request from your computer to play another game, the cost of your bet is not deducted from your balance. If the game is already played on the server and the results do not reach your computer, your balance is adjusted and any wins and losses calculated.

Online Banking

When I click on a payment method the page does not load

The Casino depends on other companies' web sites for banking methods other than the Web E-Cash system. As the above web sites are owned and administered by companies external to the Casino, the Casino cannot guarantee their availability, reliability and speed. Therefore, the Casino cannot be held liable or accountable for any errors, losses or inconvenience you may experience from the use of these web sites.
If these sites are temporarily unavailable, or the response to their web server is slow, your browser may not load the web page. If this occurs, try again later or contact the organization that owns the web site for assistance.

The web e-cash system does not accept my credit card

Credit card numbers are long and it is easy to make a mistake when entering them.
Check the following and enter your credit card number again:
Ensure your credit card is valid and current.
Ensure that you entered the Expiry Date correctly.

My reverse Cash-in is unsuccessful

A Cash-in may only be reversed a certain number of hours after it was made. After this period, the money is deposited into your credit card account.
If the reverse Cash-in fails, the money may have been deposited into your account.

I am unable to purchase more credits from the Web E-cash system

Due to restrictions placed on the Casino by international credit merchants and banks, the Casino enforces monthly purchasing limits on all credit cards.

To avoid this, do the following:
Register another credit card.
The Casino allows you to purchase up to the Casino limit on a newly registered card.

Note:
You may only register a limited number of credit cards.
Use one of the alternative payments methods to purchase more credits.
Such as Western Union or Bank Deposits.

Online Registration

I am unable to register through online registration

There are various reasons why you are unable to register a Casino account using the Online Registration system. These are:
If your details match an existing account.
If the Online Registration server is experiencing problems.
If the Online Registration forms are not completed accurately.

If you are experiencing problems using the Online Registration system, do the following:
Double check all the information you have entered, and try again. If the error persists, try again later.

An error stating all mandatory fields must be completed is displayed

Mandatory fields define information the Casino must have in order to register an account for you. Only the fields clearly marked as Optional do not need to be completed.

Note:
All information you enter into the Online Registration system is transmitted in a highly secure encrypted format. This ensures the security and confidentiality of your information.
