Game's name : Big Five Blackjack Gold



Big 5 Blackjack Gold is played with five regular decks of 52 playing cards that are shuffled before each game.
The aim is to beat the Dealer's hand by either getting a higher value hand, without exceeding 21, or by the Dealer's hand going bust.

In Big 5 Blackjack Gold:

You can only bet on one hand at a time.
The Dealer is dealt one card, face-up.
Insurance is available.
Early surrender is available.

Note:
Blackjack is when your hand contains an Ace and a card with a value of ten. It is the strongest hand in Big 5 Blackjack Gold Series, and automatically stands. It cannot be beaten.

Winning hands in Big 5 Blackjack Gold pay out as follows:

Hand Combination Odds Description
Blackjack 3:2 If you win with a Blackjack you are paid out at odds of 3:2 on your original bet.
Standard Win 1:1 If you have a winning hand but not a Blackjack, you are paid out at odds of 1:1 on your original bet.
Insurance Win 2:1 If you have taken insurance and the Dealer has Blackjack, you are paid out at odds of 2:1 on your Insurance bet.

Example:
You bet 20 credits. You are dealt a Jack of Spades and an Ace of Diamonds, you have Blackjack. The Dealer is dealt a Six of Clubs and a Ten of Hearts.
You win with a Blackjack. You win 30 credits plus your original bet amount.
The odds on a Blackjack are 3:2. Your total win amount is 30 credits + 20 original credits bet = 50 credits.

Win Formula
Odds 3:2
Win Description One and a half times your original bet amount, plus your original bet.

Note:
One and a half is calculated from the odds by dividing 3 by 2.
Formula 3 / 2 x original credits bet + original credits bet = win amount
Bet Amount 20 credits
Calculation A 3:2 odds win on 20 credits bet is:
3 / 2 x 20 original credits bet + 20 original credits bet = 50 credits
You bet 10 credits. You are dealt a Jack of Clubs and a Seven of Diamonds. Your hand value is seventeen. You stand.
The Dealer is dealt a Ten of Hearts and a Four of Diamonds. The Dealer hits and is dealt a Queen of Clubs. The Dealer’s hand value is twenty-four. The Dealer’s hand is bust.
Your hand wins. You win 10 credits plus your original bet amount.
The odds on a normal winning hand are 1:1. Your total win amount is 10 credits + 10 original credits bet = 20 credits.

Win Description One times your original bet amount, plus your original bet.

Formula 1 / 1 x original credits bet + original credits bet = win amount
Bet Amount 10 credits
Calculation A 1:1 odds win on 10 credits bet is:
1 / 1 x 10 original credits bet + 10 original credits bet = 20 credits
You bet 10 credits. You are dealt a Six of Hearts and a Three of Clubs. The Dealer’s face-up card is an Ace of Diamonds.
You take insurance on the Dealer getting Blackjack. Your Insurance bet costs half your original bet amount, so your Insurance bet is 5 credits.
The Dealer’s second card is a Ten of Clubs. The Dealer wins with Blackjack.
You receive 10 credits from your Insurance bet, as an Insurance bet pays out at odds of 2:1, plus your original Insurance bet amount. You lose your original bet amount.
Your total payout is 5 Insurance bet credits + 10 credits = 15 credits.

Win Formula
Odds 2:1
Win Description Two times Insurance bet amount plus original Insurance bet amount.

Note:
Two is calculated by dividing 2 by 1.
Formula 2 / 1 x original insurance credits bet + original insurance credits bet = win amount
Insurance Bet 5 credits
Calculation A 2:1 odds payout on 5 credits bet is:

2 / 1 x 5 insurance credits bet + 5 insurance credits bet = 15 credits

The Blackjack Advanced Strategy table is used during AutoPlay and enables you to define the game strategy you want to play.

Note:
The Blackjack Advanced Strategy table is only available in Expert Mode.
The Blackjack Advanced Strategy table can also be used as a learning aid. You can choose options to create your own strategy to try and beat the Dealer’s hand.
The Default strategy is designed to be a basic strategy table. Selecting the Default button replaces your changes with the default Advanced Strategy.
Click the Strategy button to open the Blackjack Advanced Strategy table.

Note:
Your hand possibilities are displayed in the first left column and the list of all the Dealer’s first card possibilities across the top of the table.

Function Description Options
Action Displays the relevant Actions for each position on the table.
The Action options are:

Hit
Stand
Split
Double Down
Early Surrender

Condition Displays a list of conditions that must be met before the Action can occur.
The Conditions are:

Any number of cards

2 Cards
3 Cards or less
4 Cards or less
5 Cards or less
6 Cards or less
7 Cards or less

Else Displays alternative Actions if the Conditions are not satisfied or if the Action is not allowed according to the game rules.
The Alternative Action options are:

Hit
Stand

Other Displays additional options allowed, according to the game rules. These override the basic and alternative Actions
The Other options are:
Insure on each Player position for a Dealer up-card Ace.
